Shipping and Returns Policy.

SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY METHODS.

The Supplier (Le scarpe di Campagna) will deliver the selected and ordered products, using the methods chosen by the Buyer or indicated on the website at the time the goods are offered, as confirmed in the email referred to in point 4.2 of the terms and conditions contract.            

All orders equal to or greater than €79.91 will have zero shipping costs throughout Italy (free shipping), orders equal to or less than €79.90 will have a shipping cost of €7.50 in Italy (standard shipping).

If the purchase is made on our website and the buyer chooses in-store collection , the collection times depend entirely on the buyer without any time limit.

Shipping times may vary from the day after order placement to a maximum of 3 business days after order confirmation. Shipments are made Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays.

If paying by bank transfer, the package will be handed over to the courier only after the online payment has been verified.

Lescarpedicampagna.com ships via SDA courier, and delivery times are approximately 2-4 business days from the time of shipment throughout Italy, including the islands. Any delays in delivery may be caused by logistical or weather reasons, difficulty reaching the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase, or the recipient's absence at the delivery address, and are in no way attributable to LeScarpedicampagna.com. Once shipment is complete, the customer will receive an automatic notification email with the tracking number; to monitor the status of their shipment, they can access the link provided in the email.

In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within the aforementioned deadline but, in any case, within the deadline indicated in the following point, the Buyer will be promptly notified via email.

The shipping methods, times and costs are clearly indicated and highlighted on the home and payment pages of lescarpedicampagna.com.

RETURN POLICY.

In compliance with European Union Directive 93/13/EEC on consumer protection, any individual who purchases products on the LeScarpediCampagna.com website for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their professional activity has the right to return the purchased products and request a replacement or a full refund, excluding shipping costs (both for shipping and returning the goods), by communicating this decision by email or telephone.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, return the goods you wish to return within 14 days of the purchase date, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, to the following address: Le Scarpe di Campagna Vittorio, Via Giuseppe Meda nr. 7 - 20136 Milan.

The refund will be made, as required by law, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request and upon notification by the buyer of the shipment of the goods and receipt by Le Scarpe di Campagna. Replacement of defective or mistakenly sent products will be possible if returned within 14 days of the purchase date and complete in all their parts and in perfectly intact packaging.

Shipping and transport costs for returning goods and products are the responsibility of the customer.

Return requests for damaged goods or packages delivered damaged are not accepted, as liability for damage during transport lies with the courier who shipped the item, and never with LeScarpediCampagna.com.
